OUR VISION

With a goal to create a modern cottage resort on the Lake of Bays, the plans for Traders Crossing reflect a thoughtful redevelopment of the existing property. We seek to reorient the commercial resort units for better access, better views, and better servicing without compromising the waterfront.

SITE PLAN

Our new site plan reflects a modern recreation of Traders Crossing. See how buildings have been oriented for sunset views, with a plan designed for today’s accessibility standards. We anticipate a Fall 2025 start of site works.

LOBBY/RECEPTION

Our concept includes an Owner and Guest check-in building at the entrance to the site, welcoming and assisting guests while maintaining an on-site presence for safety and security.

CLUBHOUSE

Our concept includes a welcoming clubhouse/event venue to enhance the experience for Owners and Guests, with furnishings and level of services determined by the Owners.

RESORT COMMERCIAL UNIT A

A 2,382 sq.ft., 5-bedroom design, Resort Commercial Unit A will include a full-length porch and private balconies. Lock-off separates main-level suites for secure rental purposes.

RESORT COMMERCIAL UNIT B

A 2,409 sq.ft. design with 5 bedrooms, Resort Commercial Unit B includes 4 full bathrooms, each with its own freestanding soaker bathtub. Lock-off separates main-level suites for secure rental purposes.

RESORT COMMERCIAL UNIT C

At 2,408 sq.ft., this 5-bedroom design provides each of the separate lock-off suites with its own private living room and kitchenette. Lock-off separates main-level suites for secure rental purposes.

BOAT LANDING

The existing facilities will be restored and enhanced subject to Federal, Provincial and Municipal Permit Process.
